Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Play Air Hockey account (com.playairhockey.game), what gets deleted, and what we are obliged to keep.

The website at playairhockey.com has no accounts, so there is nothing to delete there. This page is about the Android app.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

1. Open Play Air Hockey.
2. Tap the gear icon in the top right of the lobby.
3. Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
4. Read the warning and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. Nothing else is required.

Option 2: by email

If you have already uninstalled the app, or you cannot sign in, email support@velovid.net from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account".

We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply. We ask you to write from the account's own address because it is the only way we can tell that the request is really yours.

What is deleted

• Your account itself
• The Google profile details attached to it (your name, email address and profile picture URL), and Google's identifier for your account
• Your coin balance
• Every cosmetic item you are renting, and the items you have equipped
• Your match record: matches played, matches won, goals, current and best streak, coins earned

Anything the app kept on your own phone (nickname, difficulty, goal target, language) is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage. It never reached our servers in the first place.

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase records from Google Play, meaning which product and when, for as long as tax and consumer-protection law requires, typically up to seven years. These are kept for accounting only, and are no longer linked to a usable account.
• Support emails, if you have written to us, for as long as it takes to close the matter.

Nothing else is retained.

Before you do it

• It cannot be undone. Coins, items and any remaining subscription time are not refunded and cannot be restored.
• It covers both of our games. Play Air Hockey and Play Snake Online share one account and one coin balance, so deleting it deletes it for both.
• Cancel Aura separately. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Do that in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions, or your card keeps being charged.
